STEP 1 Registration Forms

- Credit Card payment will be required in the final steps of completing the on-line form.
- The registration process is provided by a 3rd party, trusted and secure provider.
- The on-line registration form includes offers of various subscriptions (magazines, etc). These are offered by the website provider, and do not benefit UCALL in any way. Please do not feel obligated to purchase any additional items.

STEP 2 Turn in Paperwork
- You must provide your sons/daughters ORIGINAL, CERTIFIED birth certificate, as well as three (3) current proofs of residency during tryouts. Please email info@ucall.org to make arrangements for turning in the paperwork.
- Examples are: Driver's License, Car Registration, Utility Bill
STEP 3 Tryouts
- Players 8 years old will need to tryout. Please attend at the time for your child's age, and plan to tryout after turning in paperwork.
Ages 9 and up
Sign ups are now over. Players who want to play in Minors through Seniors (age 9-16) will be placed in the player pool (waiting list).
