STEP 2 Registration Forms
Select link below to begin registration process after first reading these important notes:

1. Credit Card payment will be required in the final steps of completing the on-line form.
2. The registration process is provided by a 3rd party, trusted and secure provider.
3. The on-line registration form includes offers of various subscriptions (magazines, etc). These are offered by the website provider, and do not benefit UCALL in any way. Please do not feel obligated to purchase any additional items.

STEP 3 Turn in Paperwork

• You must provide your sons/daughters ORIGINAL, CERTIFIED birth certificate, as well as three (3) current proofs of residency during walk-in sign ups (approximately Jan 2012 - dates will be announced in late 2011).
• Examples are: Driver's License, Car Registration, Utility Bill
  

STEP 4 Tryouts

• Players 8 years and older will need to tryout. Details will be provided during paperwork turn in (step 3).
